Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If for any reason, you would still want to return or exchange the product, we’d be heartbroken of course :( but here’s all you need to know:

Please send the product(s) back to us in its original condition.

Please write on sheet of paper your order number, item name, and the reason for return or exchange. This information helps us in tracking your order information to be able to refund you.
- Include this sheet in the parcel and send it to the following address:
Refunds
In case you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we give our Tortoise consumer the option of a refund. Here’s a few things you'll have to remember:
- Once we receive the item - we’ll send you an email/SMS to let you know of approval/rejection of your refund.
- Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 7-10 days.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
